Diabetes Team - Nathaniel Tan:
Nathaniel Tan is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has completed a 4-year bachelor’s degree in Nursing from York University in June 2022. He has been working with the Diabetes Team since April 2023 and is currently in the process of becoming a certified diabetes educator (CDE). He has an Intensive Insulin Therapy certificate from Michener Institute University and now specializes in diabetes prevention and management for our patients
