We are excited to announce we now have an ONLINE BOOKING PORTAL for most Jane Finch Famiy Health Team patients.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  1. A limited number of ONLINE BOOKING appointments are available each day.

  2. If an ONLINE BOOKING appointment is unavailable when you login please call the office to book an appointment.

  3. A valid Ontario health card is required to book an appointment. If you do not have one, please call the office.

  4. New patient appointments CANNOT be booked using the online portal

  5. A $20 NO SHOW FEE will apply to ALL missed portal appointments. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS
